Michele has extensive expertise in data-driven marketing strategy, integrated brand management, fundraising and advocacy communications. She has served as an advisor to presidents and CEO’s in the for-profit and nonprofit sectors overseeing all integrated marketing strategies, brand management, philanthropy, media relations and advocacy communications. Michele led strategies for several transformational comprehensive capital campaigns raising more than $150 million dollars. The former Chair of The Delaware Alliance of Nonprofit Advancement; she is currently the President of the Tilton Mansion Preservation Society and on the Board of the Brandywine Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. Michele holds an M.S. in Management & Communications from the Newhouse School of Public Communication at Syracuse University.
Susan is a Delaware native and lifelong First State resident with 20 years of experience in media and public relations and marketing communications and seven years as a member of the news media. Her specialties include crafting contextual, resonant messages and stories of impact for a range of audiences and building and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders of all kinds. A 14-year member of the Junior League of Wilmington, Susan is a past president of the women’s leadership development and community service organization and led its advocacy to pass Erin’s Law in Delaware. She also is active with the Public Relations Society of America – Delaware, the American Association of University Women – Wilmington Branch and the Delaware Fund for Women. Susan holds a bachelor’s degree in English-journalism and American studies and a master’s degree in communication, both from the University of Delaware.
